Thermal Industries, Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser of a Thermal Industries, Inc. DreamspacE® 3200 Series Enclosure System, that the component products of such enclosure system ("products") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, under the terms and conditions stated herein. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN, THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC USE. Thermal Industries, Inc. expressly disclaims all liability for
damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use of the products.

VINYL WINDOW AND SLIDING GLASS DOOR FRAMES, MOVING PARTS, FIBERGLASS SCREENS - 20 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Rigid vinyl in the products is warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling, pitting or blistering for a period of twenty (20) years from date of purchase. Moving parts such as locking mechanisms and door rollers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty (20) years. Thermal Industries, Inc. shall be limited to providing you with window or door frames and/or sash frames, new parts and screening material for any manufacturing defects in the products.

INSULATING GLASS UNIT - 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The sealed insulating glass unit of any included window, door or skylight with a DreamspacE® 3200 Series Patio Enclosure is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the sealed unit for a period of ten (10) years from date of installation.

THERMOCORE ROOF AND WALL PANELS AND THERMO-DEK INSULATING FLOOR PANELS—10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Thermocore Roof Panels and Thermo-Dek Insulating Floor Panels are warranted against crazing, cracking, chipping, peeling, blistering or delamination for a period of ten (10) years from date of installation.

SKYLIGHTS - 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Operable and non-operable skylights are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from date of  installation. A minimum roof pitch of 1/12 MUST be maintained at all times or this Limited Warranty is null and void.

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS – LIMITED WARRANTY
Products such as, but not limited to, steel entry doors or shingles carry the original manufacturers’ warranty only. Thermal Industries, Inc. shall be under no obligation to honor the original manufacturers’ warranty beyond their warranty period.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects as specified herein and does not include product failure due to improper installation, mishandling, misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, hail, flood, earthquake or other acts of God, explosion, vandalism, terrorism, civil unrest, chemical pollutants in the atmosphere, normal weathering or any other cause of external forces beyond the control of the manufacturer. (See “Color”) Other exclusions are as follows: 1) discoloration or tarnishing of Brass or Brushed Nickel hardware, 2) small marks, scratches and spots which do not exceed company standards or Federal Government specifications for Flat Glass ASTM C-1036, 3) condensation on glass (see "CONDENSATION, MOLD & MILDEW") 4) caulking (see "CAULKING"), 5) building products or components not manufactured by Thermal Industries such as, but not limited to roofing materials, steel doors, HVAC equipment, siding, etc. must be installed according to the product manufacturer’s specifications and warranty guidelines (see “THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS”), 6) any product modifications and/or adjustments made to the enclosure in order to accommodate third-party products may void this Non-Prorated Limited Warranty, and 7) if Thermal Industries, Inc. products are installed in non-owner multi-family occupied dwellings or used for commercial purposes such as schools, churches, government owned structures, office buildings, etc., then this Non-Prorated Limited Warranty will be limited to ten (10) years. Please refer to care instructions received with the product.

PROCEDURE
BY ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE PRODUCTS, EACH ORIGINAL PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE SUFFICIENT AND SHALL NOT DEPRIVE SUCH ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE VALUE BARGAINED FOR IN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THE PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OBLIGATION FOLLOWS: IF ANY PART OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ABOVE SHOULD FAIL, FORWARD THAT PART PREPAID TO OUR NEAREST DISTRIBUTION CENTER AS NOTED ON BACK PANEL. IF UPON INSPECTION OF THIS PART IT IS DETERMINED IT FAILED BECAUSE OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, A NEW REPLACEMENT PART WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOU AT NO CHARGE. REPLACEMENT PARTS FURNISHED MAY VARY SOMEWHAT IN APPEARANCE DUE TO POSSIBLE DESIGN MODIFICATIONS. THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE OR CHANGE ANY PRODUCT IT MANUFACTURES. IF THE PART OR COMPONENT OF THE PRODUCT ORIGINALLY INSTALLED IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. DETERMINES TO MAKE REPLACEMENT, THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE SUCH PART OR COMPONENT DESIGNATED BY THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. TO BE OF EQUAL QUALITY AND PRICE. SOME PARTS OF A DREAMSPACE® ENCLOSURE SUCH AS, INSULATING GLASS AND STRUCTURAL VINYL OR ALUMINUM MEMBERS, ARE IMPRACTICAL TO SHIP TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR INSPECTION. THEREFORE, TO
OBTAIN SATISFACTION OF WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS, VISUAL INSPECTION WILL BE MADE BY REPRESENTATIVES OF THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. IF THE INSPECTION SUBSTANTIATES THAT THE PRODUCT HAS FAILED AND IS COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE DESIGNATED DISTRIBUTION CENTER CLOSEST TO YOU AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, EXCEPT FOR THE FREIGHT INVOLVED. YOUR OBLIGATION IS TO PICKUP THE PRODUCT AT THE DESIGNATED DISTRIBUTION CENTER. NEITHER THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC., NOR ITS DISTRIBUTORS, UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE BY THEM, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LABOR INVOLVED IN REPLACING ANY PRODUCTS DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC., IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FOR THE WARRANTED ITEM (EXCLUDING INSTALLATION COST). IN NO EVENT SHALL THERMAL INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DELAYS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS WARRANTY DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL.
WARRANTY TRANSFER
THIS DREAMSPACE® ENCLOSURE LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

CONDENSATION, MOLD & MILDEW
Condensation on glass or on the interior of the enclosure is a natural result of excess moisture in the house or enclosure and does not indicate a defective product or faulty installation. Maintaining proper household humidity levels may prevent problems such as mold and mildew and related health issues. In no event shall Thermal Industries, Inc. be liable for any damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages, resulting from condensation, mold or mildew. IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF PERSISTENT CONDENSATION ON YOUR WINDOWS OR ON THE INTERIOR OF THE ENCLOSURE, YOU SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE REMEDIAL ACTION TO PREVENT WATER, MOLD AND/OR MILDEW DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY AND POTENTIAL HEALTH RISKS. Additional information is available upon request.

CLEANING
The surface of the enclosure should be cleaned with mild soap and detergent only. Abrasive or strong chemical cleaners can cause permanent damage to the finish.

CAULKING
Caulking is used to seal the seams of the DreamspacE® Enclosure against water or air penetration. Caulking is not considered part of the DreamspacE Enclosure, and therefore, is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Caulking is considered a maintenance responsibility of the homeowner.

COLOR
Color change due to normal weathering is excluded from this warranty. Normal weathering is defined as any exposure to ultraviolet (sun) light and weather and atmospheric conditions which will cause any colored or painted surface to fade, darken, chalk or acquire a surface accumulation of dirt or stains. The severity of these conditions depends on air quality, location of your home and other local conditions.

INSTALLATION
Thermal Industries, Inc. DreamspacE® Enclosure Installation Instructions as well as compliance with local and national building codes must be followed to validate this Limited Warranty. Any installation variance or changes not recommended or approved by Thermal Industries, Inc. or the installation of the DreamspacE® Enclosure on an improperly footed slab or improperly constructed deck will nullify this Limited Warranty.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS; AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE LIMITATION OF REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD

A copy of your Warranty Registration Card, attached to this DreamspacE® Enclosure Non-Prorated Limited Warranty, must be mailed to Thermal Industries, Inc., Attention: Corporate Service Department at the address below within 30 days of the installation date to validate your warranty. No claims will be processed without this registration which allows our Corporate Service Department to access your DreamspacE® Enclosure System records from our Customer Data Bank.
